1. Agreement
By using SmartRead you agree to these terms. SmartRead is operated by ProActa High Performance Management Limited (Company Registration No. 9711894).
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from Delete my account.
3. Content you add
You keep ownership of the books, audio and other content you add, and you confirm you have the right to share them. You give SmartRead permission to store, display and play that content to the people you choose and to run the features you ask for. Do not add content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is hateful, sexually explicit or abusive. We may remove content that breaks these rules and close accounts that repeatedly do.
4. Reporting content
To report content, write to proacta@yahoo.com with the link and the reason. We review reports and act on them promptly.
5. AI credits and payments
AI narration and video use credits. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Credits are used when a feature runs and are not refundable once used.
6. Availability
We work to keep SmartRead available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, ProActa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of SmartRead. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
